La Paloma

Through the early 1980’s Cottonwood Properties developed the 790 acre La Paloma community that set new standards for desert preservation and was the first user of effluent water for golf courses in southern Arizona. Within the La Paloma residential community, Cottonwood Properties developed the 487 room Westin La Paloma Resort & Hotel and the 27 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Cottonwood owned the hotel until 1988. The Westin Hotel and the La Paloma Country Club have won numerous awards through the years, and are still considered among the premier developments in southern Arizona.

Continental Ranch

Continental Ranch is a master-planned community located in the heart of Marana at the foothills of the Tucson Mountains.
